We guide residential clients — whether building a major collection or acquiring a few pieces — with experience, expertise, and a high-quality selection to choose from. The process begins by understanding each client’s taste and budget, then educating and exposing them to the current market so they can buy with confidence.
In tailoring a collection we advise on available works and site-specific commissions, and open access to our network of national and international artists. The goal is simple: help clients navigate the art world and realize their vision.

Compelling spaces, delivered on time and on budget
We work with architects, interior designers, and hospitality, healthcare, and corporate clients to create unique environments. Communication and collaboration are central — from the earliest conceptual plans to the final installation detail — so the result exceeds expectations and reflects each client’s identity.
How it works
From assessment to installation
- Exploratory meeting & assessment. Define goals and art preferences, review floor plans and finishes, photograph the location, and set budget and timeline.
- Proposal. A program with art allocation and estimated costs for artwork, framing, delivery, and installation.
- Research & presentation. Artwork options are sourced and presented in their proposed locations for selection.
- Framing. Once approved, framing is chosen to complement both the artwork and the environment.
- Delivery & installation. Susan Street and her team supervise delivery and installation to ensure proper placement and condition.
